By accessing Just Pick Already™ ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority where you live), you may use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the Service
Just Pick Already™ is provided for lawful, personal, and casual use. You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service, and not to use it to make decisions with legally binding or financial consequences.
AdSense and Advertising Conduct
To keep the core version of Just Pick Already™ free, we display advertisements provided by Google AdSense. You agree not to engage in any deceptive or prohibited practices regarding these ads. This includes, but is not limited to, artificially generating ad clicks or impressions, using automated clicking tools, robots, or deceptive software, or repeatedly clicking on ads manually.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The randomizer modes are for entertainment; outcomes are not guaranteed to be statistically uniform beyond the fairness of the underlying browser-native cryptographic math functions.
Pro Purchases and Accounts
Pro features are unlocked via a one-time payment processed by Stripe. Purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. When you upgrade to Pro, your account status is securely linked to the email address provided during checkout. You can access your Pro features across multiple devices using our passwordless Magic Link login.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just Pick Already™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
