Just Pick Already™ ("we", "us") builds a lightweight randomizer web app. This page explains what data we collect, where it lives, and how third-party services we depend on handle your information.

Local Storage (Your Lists & History)

Your privacy is our priority. Your name lists, past-round history, themes, and sound preferences are stored locally in your browser via localStorage. We do not upload your lists or draw results to any server. Clearing your browser data will permanently erase this local information.

Pro Accounts & Authentication

If you upgrade to Just Pick Already™ Pro, we securely store your email address and your "Pro" status in our cloud database. This email is used exclusively to provide passwordless "Magic Link" logins, allowing you to seamlessly restore your Pro features across multiple devices. We do not sell your email address or use it for marketing campaigns.

Cookies and Third-Party Advertising

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website and other websites on the internet. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. Alternatively, users can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.

Payments

Pro upgrades are processed securely by Stripe. We never see, process, or store your credit card details. Stripe securely shares the email address you use during checkout with our database solely so we can activate your Pro features. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to any data collected during the checkout process.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage (e.g., how often a specific selection mode is used). These metrics are not tied to individual identities.

Children

Just Pick Already™ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
